Congratulations to Denis Galvin sixth year who was a member of the U20 Irish Frisbee team who came second in the European Championships in Amsterdam this summer. Four past pupils – Seán Cahill, Adam Purcell, Brian O Broin and Cillian O Laocha were also on the team.
Congratulations to Ciarán Ó Buacháin (5th Year) on being selected to play for Munster u18’s. Ciarán recently took part in a tournament in the University of Limerick where he helped his province secure the ‘UL Trophy’ by beating Connacht u18’s on a scoreline of 21-12. Congratulations to the Coláiste Choilm u17 1/2 Football team who won the Lord Mayor’s Cup at Páirc Ui Rinn on the 15th May. The Cork City Lord Mayor Des Cahill presented the cup after a closely fought final against De La Salle Macroom. Coláiste Choilm 4-13 v De La Salle Macroom 4-10.
